* Click and collect still available from Tuggerawong NSW however with the following changes:
1. Must order and pay on line and choose click and collect (No cash on pick up at the moment)
2. You will receive a text or email once order is packed and ready, asking what day and time you can pick up. Order will be out ready for contact less pick up at agreed time. Pick up available between 8am and 6pm - 7 days a week
* We are still posting via Australia post and courier AUSTRALIA wide.
* We are still sending within 2 business days. There maybe some delays from Australia post or couriers but none will be from us or within our control.
* FREE shipping still available on orders over $100
* FLAT RATE delivery to the CENTRAL COAST NSW $10
* Everywhere else depends on location and weight off order.
We accept payment via paypal, bank cards, direct bank transfer, Afterpay, Humm, Laybuy or cash on pick up.
Delivery and postage
All items are sent via post and are tracked. Please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery. We aim to send all orders within 48 hours of receiving other order.
Delivery costs depends on weight off order and your postcode.
We do have FREE delivery on all orders over $100
A local CENTRAL COAST flat rate postage off $10 no weight limit.
EXPRESS POST - Express post is available on the website at Christmas time. Any other time it can be arranged. Please message me for price.
At the moment we ship Australia wide only.
YES orders can be collected from Tuggerawong 2259, New South Wales by appointment only.
PICK Collect at checkout and we will TEXT you once your order is ready to collect to arrange a time (Usually between 8am and 6pm - 7 days). We will text/email you within 24 hours.

Returns and exchanges - Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If you are unhappy for any reason please contact us so that we may help.
Change of mind - Please choose carefully as we can not refund or exchange due to change of mind
Damaged, defective or incorrect items - Please take photos or video showing the fault / issue and send it with a description to firstname.lastname@example.org

Out of stock
If an item is marked out of stock please contact us for an estimated arrival date. We can put your name on a waiting list and contact you as soon as it arrives.

Any personal information that is provided to us (name, address, email etc) will not be sold or disclosed to anyone out side of Advancing all children.
We use shopify payment gateway to process all our card payments to ensure the safety and security of your payment information.
