Payments

We accept payment via Paypal, bank cards, Afterpay, Laybuy or cash on pick up.

We can also do Paypal pay in 4 - Please email me at info@advancingallchildren.com.au with your order and I will sned you a paypal payment link set with pay in 4. 

Delivery and postage

All orders are sent from 2259 NSW Australia - We DO NOT ever Drop ship!

ALL orders are sent out within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive tracking details via email 

** FLAT RATE SHIPPING - $12.00 Australia Wide **

No matter how big your order is, you will never pay more than $12.00 SHIPPING.

EXPRESS POST - Express post is available on the website at Christmas time. Any other time it can be arranged. Please message us on Facebook or email us - info@advancingallchildren.com.au 

 

Overseas shipping

At the moment we ship Australia wide only.  

 New Zealand please email for postage price. 

 

Order collection - CLICK & COLLECT

YES orders can be collected from Tuggerawong 2259, New South Wales by appointment only.

Select 'PICK UP' at checkout and we will TEXT or email you as soon as your order is packed and ready to collect.

By appointment only which can be made between 8am and 6pm - 7 days a week. You order will be placed out ready for collection at the agreed time. 

 

Returns and exchanges - Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us so that we may help. 

Change of mind - Please choose carefully as we cannot refund or exchange due to change of mind.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items - Please take photos or video showing the fault / issue and send it with a description to info@advancingallchildren.com.au

We aim to respond to all email within 2 working days.

 

Out of stock

If an item is marked out of stock you can leave your email address and you will receive an email as soon as it is back in stock again.

Please contact feel free to contact us for an estimated arrival date. We can also put your name on a waiting list and contact you as soon as it arrives so you don't miss out. 

 

Privacy and security

Any personal information that is provided to us (name, address, email etc) will not be sold or disclosed to anyone outside of Advancing all children.

We use shopify payment gateway to process all our card payments to ensure the safety and security of your payment information.
